How could expediting your digital transition protect your organization from an economic downturn? Many economic experts are predicting a downturn in 2019 or early 2020.
What do I think? I have no idea. I’m not an economic expert, but here’s what I do know. Digital can help recession-proof your business in the following ways:
- Your organization will need to do more with less. Having digital assistants and A.I. services will allow you to do this. In a recession, your organization still has to make loans. How will you do it? Well, using A.I. in your decision process will allow you to make better, faster decisions and make more loans.
- Your organization will still need to grow. How will you do that? With digital marketing. That’s right, you’re going to have to be more successful, more efficient, and more productive with your marketing. You’re going to have to stop casting a big net and start spearfishing. You have to make sure that every cast brings back a fish. It’ll be more important than ever.
Digital can help you do all of this and more. That’s why it’s important to make sure your transition happens sooner rather than later.
